I Can Still Hear You

                    Sometimes,
   While walking backwards down this hallway in
                    My mind,
             I see your face,
           Hear your voice,
   Screaming back at me through the years,
   And sometimes I just walk away,
   And sometimes I just turn and say,
          I'm not perfect,
         I'm not an angel,
   I'm not how you want me to be,
       Maybe I’m a nightmare
       A dream found in despair
  Or maybe I'm a savior that you just couldn't
            Seem to bare.
      I can still hear you
      I can still feel you
   Is this how you want me to be
            To think,
            To feel,
           To heal,
  Your word's, are gone now
  They’re no longer real now,
  But I can still hear them,
  Echoing in my brain
     I'm not perfect,
     I'm not an angel,
I can't be how you want me to be
  Maybe I'm a nightmare,
  A dream found in despair,
But some call me a savior that you just
     Couldn’t seem to bare.
